Gentle Bowen Therapy for pain, tension and restricted movement.
If pain, tension or restricted movement is getting in the way of everyday life, I take the time to understand what’s going on for you. Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment using small, precise movements over muscles and connective tissue.
I’ll look at how your body is moving and tailor your treatment to what I find and what you need.

Every visit begins with listening, assessing and tailoring your treatment to your body's needs.

Gentle Bowen moves encourage your body to relax, release tension and restore natural movement.

A gentle approach that's comfortable for people who prefer treatment without cracking or forceful techniques.

Safe and adaptable for babies, children, adults and seniors.
Bowen Therapy works with more than just the area that hurts. The gentle movements are used across different areas of the body to help reduce muscular tension, improve movement and encourage the body to settle and relax.
Because pain or restriction in one area can sometimes be influenced by what’s happening elsewhere, I look at how your body is moving as a whole and tailor treatment to what I find.

Helping reduce tension, improve movement and support recovery from everyday aches and persistent pain.

Gentle Bowen Therapy may help relieve muscular tension that contributes to headaches and jaw discomfort.

Gentle care for growing bodies, from babies through to teenagers, tailored to each stage of development.

Supporting your body's natural healing following injury, overuse or physical strain.
I'm Laura Winter, owner and Bowen Therapist at Whipbird Wellness in Buderim. I'm naturally curious about the body and why people can experience pain, tension or changes in the way they move and I genuinely enjoy solving the puzzle of what may be contributing to a person's physical limitations.
I'm a listener by nature, and that's a big part of how I work. I take the time to hear your story, look at how your body is moving and tailor your Bowen Therapy treatment to you rather than following the same routine for everyone.
Outside the clinic, I'm happiest spending time with my family, being outdoors, pottering in the garden or settling in with a good book.
